Refund policy

We want you and your cat to be happy with every Meowtix order. Here's how refunds work.

If your order arrives damaged

If your item turns up damaged, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked. Email us at hello@meowtix.com with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll take care of the rest.

Normal wear and tear

Our toys are built to be chased, pounced on and batted under the sofa, and they pick up marks along the way. Wear that comes from everyday play isn't covered, so we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for it.

Change of mind

We're not able to offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after ordering. Please double-check your colour choice and order details before completing checkout.
